Modani Holdings, LLC is seeking a Financial Manager with a Bachelor’s Degree – Major in Accounting and Finance, or its equivalency, for the following job duties:
Implement corporate financial policies and accounting processes ; Provide accounting analysis and reporting to the different branches and reporting to the Holding ; Review branches revenues, business structure and external accounting requirements ; Reconcile balance sheets, cash flow and income statements of the branches ; Review monthly/quarterly entries, bank statements, payroll journals, expenses, income statements and control on the inventory of all branches ; Analyze effects of changes in the composition of the consolidated group and participate in making corporate strategic decisions ; Establish for the Group and for the branches financial forecast, budgets, control expenditures, analyze profit/loss margins and evaluate ROI ; Analyze fiscal transactions and identify/report/resolve issues ; Prepare corporate year-end tax returns ; Establish audited year- end corporate financial statements ; Prepare corporate consolidated financial statement in compliance with US GAAP ; Hire, train new employees and interns from the Finance and Accounting Department ; Adv. The position is a full time position in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking, organizational and analytical skills, managing skills and accountability. The store manager position goes way beyond a typical retail store sales duties and encompass all business tasks including: administrative tasks, customer service, hiring, managing and motivating sales staff, logistical (stock adjustments, deliveries), marketing initiatives. You become responsible for a profit and expense center which is the store along with its regional sales, which resembles the experience of an 'entrepreneur' managing a regional business from A to Z on its own (with guidance and training provided).
Supply Chain Analyst:
Modani Holdings LLC is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst in its headquarters to handle our inter-company stock transfers between stores and distribution facilities, inventory management, logistic reporting and analysis, and any other activities related to supply chain. We are seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented and multi-tasking professional for this full time position. Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Analyze products delivery and supply chain processes; Run and analyze weekly production schedules to confirm on-time delivery, follow up with factory on questions, and update ship dates and data base; Maintain and manage databases of logistics information; Develop tools and reports in support of Supply Chain and Logistics functions including inventory management, tactical supply planning, and cost analysis; Interpret data on logistics elements, such as availability, maintainability, reliability, supply chain management, strategic sourcing and distribution, supplier management, and transportation ; Monitor inventory flow between stores locations ; Coordinates activities for inter-company stock transfers from distribution facilities to store locations; Manage inventory forecast and investigate alternative inventory planning scenarios. Requirements: BS in Business, Systems Engineering or Supply Chain Management ; 2-3 years of relevant experience in logistics/procurement/supply chain; Previous experience with inventory optimization and transfer among multiple intracompany’s sites preferred ; Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office and management systems proficiency ; Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task, set and manage priorities judiciously and to handle challenges; Hardworking professional, exceptionally self-motivated, directed, detail and results oriented
