- White glove service with delivery to your room of choice.
- Includes assembly and removal of packaging.
- Delivery up to one flight of stairs.

Curbside Delivery (outside 70-mile showroom radius):

In-stock items typically take up to 3 business days to process. Due to high order volumes and safety precautions, processing may extend to 1–2 weeks. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and selected delivery method. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in like-new condition and in its original packaging. Returns for convenience are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be shipped to our Miami, FL distribution center at your expense. Please contact our Customer Service at 800-606-7319 to initiate a return.Items purchased as clearance, marked as Final Sale, or as Floor Samples are not eligible for return.

"I have had these for 4. 5 years in white. Only washed the cushions once, and they still look brand new. They are so comfortable that I slept on them for a month due to a surgery very comfortable. My daughter begs to sleep on them instead of her comfy bed when she comes home for University breaks! I had cloud, and I got rid of them after a year since they looked like old comforters."

"From placing our order to delivery, it took a little over 2 weeks to receive our couch. We live in an apartment in NYC and finally feel like our space is complete. Delivery was prompt and they were very friendly. We were able to test out the couch beforehand which was definitely a plus. It looks amazing & is very comfy. Big plus is that when guests come, we will put all the pieces together to make a bed! The couch is quite large so definitely measure!"

COVERS FOR SOFA NEEDED TO BE IN STOCK FOR PEOPLE

"Our family loves the sofa but. . . Even though it is comfortable, beautiful, covers are removable and washable you are thinking about double protection because it is white and you have million reasons why you need an extra covers. I called to customer service requesting if the have additional cushion covers available to purchase so we can interchange them and the lady responded that I was not the only one calling and looking for it. Unfortunately they don't have this option. It is such an expensive sectionals and size of it is not standard to look for slipcovers elsewhere. Modani, please make them available for people."
